  PRO-C f3 for 6.61, CIPL flasher left out intentionally since I don't know anything about it, I just used the keys/offsets for 6.60 (which won't work obviously).​

Step 2.Using your PC, create a folder named 'PSP'. Within the 'PSP' folder, create a folder named 'GAME'. Within the 'GAME' folder, create a folder named 'UPDATE'. (Folder names must be in all uppercase letters). Step 3.Download the update data for the PSP-1000/2000/3000 series and save it in the 'UPDATE' folder created in step 2. Since Sony's PSP 6.61 firmware update the PSP scene has come alive and a few more interesting developments have been made. We recently reported the updated Chronoswitch which allows downgrading PSP's from firmware 6.61 to 6.60. Developer qwikrazor87 at around the same time also released this PSP custom firmware. So I factory reset. Then downloaded 6.60 and put PSP in USB to my computer and put the update in the memory stick. Upon downloading it the screen says. 'The system software of your PSP system is version 6.61. There is no need to update.' See, I can't just put the older update in there otherwise it just comes up with that.
